In Armenia, as of 11:00 a.m. on 3 June, a total of 10,524 cases of the coronavirus disease have been confirmed, of which 3,454 have recovered.
This was stated on the website of the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia.
At this time, 6,841 infected individuals are actually receiving treatment for the coronavirus disease. In total, 61,650 tests have been conducted. Thus, there are 515 new confirmed cases of the coronavirus disease and 27 recoveries.
Twelve new deaths from the coronavirus disease have been recorded (the total number of deaths reached 170).
The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia reported that the deceased patients were men aged 82, 64, 86, 79, 54, 68, and 83, and women aged 64, 85, 46, 79, and 62. All had accompanying chronic diseases.
Three more deaths were recorded in which the patient had a confirmed coronavirus infection, but the cause of death was another disease. The total number of such cases is 59.
