Rudik Hysnunts Appointed Chief Advisor to the President of Artsakh

On 1 June, the President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, signed a decree appointing Rudik Hysnunts as Chief Advisor to the President of the Republic of Artsakh — Ambassador-at-Large for Special Assignments.  This was announced by the Main Information Department of the Office of the President of the Republic of Artsakh.
