The “Civil Contract” party has been involved as a third party in the proceedings regarding the dispute over the tabulation of election results at the Central Electoral Commission. This was announced by the Acting Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia, Rustam Badasyan, providing details.
“The ‘Civil Contract’ party, on the basis of its own application, by a procedural decision of the Constitutional Court, has been involved as a third party in the proceedings on the consolidated case concerning the dispute related to the Central Electoral Commission’s decision No. 184-A of 27 June 2021, ‘On summarizing the results of the early elections to the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia of 20 June 2021.’ In the coming days, the legal position of the CP will be presented regarding the submitted applications.”
