A criminal case has been opened in Artsakh against Vitaly Balasanyan, the former secretary of the Artsakh Security Council.
According to information from “Pastinfo,” the criminal case is related to abuses recorded during V. Balasanyan’s tenure. It is not excluded that in the near future he may even receive procedural status.
According to the website’s information, materials are currently being prepared in connection with several other cases, on the basis of which new criminal cases may also be opened.
