David Babayan Appointed Adviser to the Artsakh President

David Babayan, the former press secretary of the President of Artsakh, has been appointed adviser to the President of Artsakh on foreign affairs. This was announced moments ago during a live broadcast on his Facebook page by the President of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan. “David Babayan has been appointed adviser related to the foreign bloc. We will work with the remaining forces,” he said. Earlier, NEWS.am had reported that David Babayan had been relieved of his post as head of the Main Information Department of the Office of the President of the Republic of Artsakh on May 26.
