Armenia is to have Diaspora youth ambassadors. They will deal with community issues and defend the Armenian interest abroad.
The Office of the High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs, with the financing of the “Jinishian” Memorial Foundation, is implementing the “Diaspora Youth Ambassador” program for the first time, one of whose main goals is the formation of a youth network from various Diaspora communities.
The deadline for applying to the “Diaspora Youth Ambassador” program has been extended until 5 July. For active young people aged 22 to 35 from the Diaspora, the program is considered exceptional. This was announced by the High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs.
During the program, participants will spend 2 weeks in Armenia, and then, for one year, in the status of youth ambassador, they will organize community events, awareness campaigns, and author media publications.
