On 17 November 2020, the Dutch Parliament adopted 5 resolutions regarding the role of Azerbaijan and Turkey in unleashing war in Mountainous Karabakh. This was reported by the Armenian Embassy in the Netherlands.
In the resolutions, the Parliament calls on the government to facilitate the involvement of European Union and OSCE Minsk Group observers in Artsakh.
Two resolutions propose imposing sanctions against the President of Azerbaijan and members of his family, as well as those responsible for war crimes in Azerbaijan and Turkey. Another resolution concerns halting arms supplies to Turkey at the European level.
