An expanded meeting of the Security Council was convened under the chairmanship of the President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, with the military-political situation created in Artsakh on its agenda. This was announced by the staff of the President of the Republic of Artsakh.
The steps being taken for the security of the Republic of Artsakh and the livelihood of the people, as well as the possibilities of preventing a humanitarian catastrophe, were discussed.
President Harutyunyan gave a number of instructions regarding the issues discussed.
