An extraordinary session initiated by the Government of the Republic of Armenia has begun in the National Assembly.
As reported by Armenpress, on the agenda of the session is the draft law on making amendments to the law “On approving the annual and comprehensive programs of measures for the restoration, protection, reproduction and use of the Lake Sevan ecosystem.”
The draft proposes setting the maximum annual water release from Lake Sevan at up to 245 million m3 for 2021.
