An emergency incident has been recorded in Stepanakert. An explosion was heard, immediately followed by a fire.
This was reported by Hunan Tadevosyan, press secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh.
It is noted that the explosion and fire broke out in a building under construction.
Details indicate that the explosion occurred at an oxygen equipment factory, as a result of which oxygen-containing barrels exploded.
The Emergency Situations Service of Artsakh issued a statement about the incident, informing that the fire was partially extinguished and urging citizens not to panic.
