The emergency headquarters of the Artsakh government in the Republic of Armenia and the Yerevan Municipality inform that the free buses departing from Yerevan’s “Kilikia” bus station to Stepanakert will not depart today, 30 November, due to bad weather conditions.
Additional information will be provided regarding the trips in the coming days.
Since 14 November, 23 514 refugees have returned to their permanent places of residence.
