Artsakh Republic President Arayik Harutyunyan wrote on his Facebook page: “In this phase of overcoming the great post-war difficulties, I wish to address another important event: during the month of November, 178 births were registered in Artsakh. Compared to previous months, this number is a record and the closest to the figures we had before the war.
The real guarantee of our successes is demographic growth. I want to assure that the Government will spare no effort to stimulate the natural and mechanical growth of the Armenian population living in Artsakh through various programs.
A carefree childhood to all our little ones. And may the newborns become a symbol of the Homeland’s endurance and peace.”
