Armen Grigoryan, Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Armenia, met in Brussels with Hikmet Hajiyev, assistant to the President of Azerbaijan. The meeting was attended by Toivo Klaar, the EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus, who announced this on his Twitter page.
“Effective and substantive discussions took place in Brussels with Hikmet Hajiyev and Armen Grigoryan on the topic of Armenian-Azerbaijani relations and EU involvement,” wrote Toivo Klaar.
