Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu also spoke about the situation in Central Asia, the South Caucasus and Mountainous Karabakh created after the Artsakh war, during his meeting with his Kuwaiti counterpart, Sheikh Ahmad Nasser Muhammad al-Sabah.
“The ceasefire in Karabakh is a good opportunity. Along with ensuring stability in the region, we have the opportunity to bring important projects to life and regulate relations. If Armenia responds positively to all this, the South Caucasus can once again become a region of peace and stability,” Cavusoglu declared.
