Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev does not rule out the signing of a peace agreement with Armenia. According to Azerbaijani media outlets, he made this statement during a conference held in Baku.
The details of this initiative have not yet been reported.
Ilham Aliyev believes that after the end of military operations, the situation in the zone of the conflict around Mountainous Karabakh continues to remain fragile.
“The post-war situation remains fragile. The ceasefire is being maintained, but despite that, we still have many issues related to post-war development,” Aliyev said, as reported by minval.az.
