In Armenia, number of coronavirus patients reaches 39,298

In Armenia, as of 11:00 on 4 August, a total of 39,298 cases of the coronavirus disease have been confirmed, of which 30,372 have recovered. This was stated on the website of the National Centre for Disease Control and Prevention of the RA Ministry of Health. At this moment, 7,930 infected individuals are actually receiving treatment for the coronavirus disease. In total, 168,164 tests have been conducted. In Armenia, as of 11:00 on 4 August, a total of 39,298 cases of the coronavirus disease have been confirmed, of which 30,372 have recovered.

This was stated on the website of the National Centre for Disease Control and Prevention of the RA Ministry of Health.

At this moment, 7,930 infected individuals are actually receiving treatment for the coronavirus disease. In total, 168,164 tests have been conducted.

Thus, we have 196 new confirmed cases of the coronavirus disease and 511 recovered.

Six new deaths from the coronavirus disease have been recorded (the total number of deaths reached 768).

The RA Ministry of Health reported that the deceased patients were aged 47 (female), 67 (female), 52 (female), 68 (male), 71 (male) and 60 (male). All had accompanying chronic diseases.
