Sevak Hagopian EXPELLED. Statement

STATEMENT For his frequent offenses of lawlessness, disobedience, and breach of order and discipline, and, in general, for his unruly and incorrigible conduct, SEVAK HAGOPIAN has been permanently expelled from the ranks of the Armenian Democratic Liberal Party.
