In Armenia, as of 11:00 a.m. on 15 June, a total of 17,064 cases of the coronavirus disease have been confirmed, of which 6,276 have recovered.
This was stated on the website of the National Centre for Disease Control and Prevention of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia.
At this moment, 10,409 infected individuals are actually receiving treatment for the coronavirus disease. In total, 83,600 tests have been carried out. Thus, we have 397 newly confirmed cases of the coronavirus disease and 62 recoveries.
16 new deaths from the coronavirus disease have been recorded (the total number of deaths has reached 285).
The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia has reported that the deceased patients were men aged 78, 82, 73, 83, 57, 71, 72, 83 and women aged 61, 56, 60, 73, 42, 56, 88, 41. All had accompanying chronic diseases.
A further 3 deaths have been recorded in which the patient tested positive for the coronavirus infection, but the cause of death was another disease. The total number of such cases is 94.
