In Armenia, as of 11:00 on 3 August, a total of 39,102 cases of the coronavirus disease have been confirmed, of which 29,861 have recovered.
This was stated on the website of the National Centre for Disease Control and Prevention of the RA Ministry of Health.
At this moment, 8,251 infected individuals are actually receiving treatment for the coronavirus disease. In total, 167,095 tests have been conducted.
Thus, we have 52 new confirmed cases of the coronavirus disease and 111 recovered.
8 new deaths from the coronavirus disease have been recorded (the total number of deaths reached 762).
The RA Ministry of Health announced that the deceased patients were men aged 72, 68, 71, 90, 57 and women aged 75, 72, 58. All had accompanying chronic diseases.
The number of deaths from other causes is 228.
