Today, Azerbaijanis have once again visited the Vorotan community in the Syunik Province. According to Tert.am’s correspondent, the Azerbaijanis are already in that section and have placed the Azerbaijani flag on the left bank of the Vorotan River. The process of the agreed deployment of combat positions of Armenian and Azerbaijani forces continues, but the Azerbaijanis have already deployed soldiers and have defensive structures, armor, and positions. From that section, the “Tatev” HPP, a four-kilometer section of the Goris-Kapan road, about which the RA border troops warn, and the Vorotan community are under their sights.
Russian border guards are deployed in the territory of the Vorotan community.
It should be noted that days ago, Azerbaijanis had also come to Vorotan with their flag, but through the mediation of Russian peacekeepers, the flag placed in the community’s territory was removed; it had not been placed in a position.
