Thanks to search operations in the directions of Hadrut, Jraberd and Horadiz, the remains of 8 fallen servicemen have been found. Hunan Tadevosyan, head of the information and public relations department of the Artsakh State Emergency Service, said this on 22 December in an interview with NEWS.am.
“Today search operations are continuing in the mountainous and forested areas of Hadrut, Horadiz, Jraberd and Shushi,” Hunan Tadevosyan noted.
According to him, to date a total of 1047 bodies of fallen servicemen have been found.
Let us recall that thanks to search-and-rescue operations, through the efforts of the Artsakh State Emergency Service, the Russian peacekeeping contingent carrying out a peacekeeping mission in Artsakh, and the International Committee of the Red Cross, two citizens who had been missing for 61 days were found yesterday. They are residents of Hadrut, father and son Mikael and Gegham Petrosyan. They are now under the supervision of doctors.
