Russia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sergei Lavrov, and the UN High Commissioner for Refugees, Filippo Grandi, discussed the return of refugees to Mountainous Karabakh.
As reported by the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the parties discussed the issue of the return of refugees and temporarily displaced persons to Mountainous Karabakh and adjacent territories, in accordance with the statement of the leaders of Armenia, Russia and Azerbaijan of 9 November 2020 on the ceasefire of the Karabakh conflict.
