Journalists from the French periodical Le Monde came under artillery fire in the city of Martuni in Artsakh; this was written on his Facebook page by Hovhannes Movsisyan, head of the “Government Information-Analytical Center” SNCO.
“There are two wounded, according to preliminary data both are French citizens,” he wrote.
