His Excellency Zareh Sinanyan, High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, received the delegation representing the Armenian Democratic Liberal Party on Friday, October 13. The meeting took place at the Commissioner’s central office on Vazgen Sargsyan Street in the capital city of Yerevan.
The ADL delegation consisted of Mr. Alexan Garatanayan, Vice-Chairman of the Central Board, Mr. Hrachya Karapetyan, Chairman of the Republican Board, and Mr. Karen Kakoyan, Vice-Chairman.
Mr. Sinanyan first expressed his unconditional satisfaction regarding the re-establishment of smooth relations between the party’s two structures, voicing the conviction that this effective cooperation would serve to provide better service to our people and the homeland.
There then took place a direct and candid consultation on all the major issues currently deeply affecting our people, but particularly on assisting, to the greatest possible extent, our more than one hundred thousand Artsakh Armenian sisters and brothers who have been forcibly uprooted from their ancestral homeland.
Once again, the necessity of the ever-growing strengthening of Homeland-Diaspora ties was brought to the fore.
