“A solution on the exchange of territories that satisfies the societies will help strengthen trust between the two societies.”
Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Trade Ararat Mirzoyan said this during a conversation with journalists, adding that the enclaves-exclaves, even technically, complicate the situation.
According to him, there is no agreement; there is readiness on both sides to try to resolve the issue with options that will not complicate the lives of the two peoples.
“There is an understanding that on the issue of delimitation, in the case of certain territories there may be a need to speed up, to move ahead of the queue,” Mirzoyan added.
In those sections through which, for example, infrastructure will pass, the process will need to be carried out so that problems do not arise.
