«Russia attaches importance to the speedy resumption of visits by the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs to Karabakh in full format», – Maria Zakharova, official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, stated on November 10 in Moscow.
«The OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs’ format enjoys broad international support. The Russian Foreign Ministry has also emphasised the efforts of the “troika”, primarily within the framework of addressing the socio-economic and humanitarian problems facing the region», – Zakharova noted.

Commenting on Georgia’s position, Zakharova noted that contradictory statements are heard in Tbilisi regarding participation in this platform: «Georgia, as a sovereign state, has the right to remain faithful to its position on this matter».
The “3+3” format, initiated by Turkey and Azerbaijan, presupposes the participation of the South Caucasus countries and their neighbours – Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia, Russia, Iran and Turkey.
