The municipality has provided accommodation in one of Yerevan’s hotels to all 9 families who lost their apartments as a result of the partial collapse of the four-story residential building at 1 Rainis Street. Hovsep Kubatyan, head of the Yerevan Municipality’s Department of Information and Public Relations, wrote this on his Facebook page.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations’ Department of Information and Public Relations, for its part, reported that aerial reconnaissance and monitoring were carried out using unmanned aerial vehicles to study the emergency condition of the building on Rainis Street.
It was noted that the “Territorial Service for Seismic Protection” SNCO conducted a visual inspection of all entrances and apartments of the building.
