National Assembly Honors Memory of October 27 Victims

Members of the National Assembly today observed a minute of silence in honor of the victims of “October 27.” “Exactly 22 years ago, in this hall, during a government Q&A session, the crime of ‘October 27’ took place,” stated Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Ruben Rubinyan. Today, a memorial ceremony is to take place in the garden of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, near the monument commemorating the victims of the crime of October 27, 1999.
