As of 11:00 on 18 June, a total of 18,698 cases of the coronavirus disease have been confirmed in Armenia, of which 7,560 have recovered.
This was stated on the website of the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the RA Ministry of Health.
At this time, 10,728 infected individuals are actually receiving treatment for the coronavirus disease. In total, 89,992 tests have been conducted. Thus, we have 665 new confirmed cases of the coronavirus disease and 746 recoveries.
Seven new deaths from the coronavirus disease have been recorded (the total number of deaths reached 309).
The RA Ministry of Health reported that the deceased patients were men aged 62, 70, 85 and women aged 65, 79, 64, 76. All had accompanying chronic diseases.
Two more deaths were recorded in which the patient had a confirmed coronavirus infection, but another disease was the cause of death. The total number of such cases is 101.
