Number of Coronavirus Patients in Armenia Reaches 38,550

As of 11:00 on 31 July, a total of 38,550 cases of coronavirus disease have been confirmed in Armenia, of which 28,997 have recovered. This was stated on the website of the National Centre for Disease Control and Prevention of the RA Ministry of Health. At this moment, 8,587 infected individuals are actually receiving treatment for coronavirus disease. In total, 163,736 tests have been conducted. Thus, we have 354 newly confirmed cases of coronavirus disease and 631 recovered. 10 new deaths from coronavirus disease have been recorded (the total number of deaths reached 738). As of 11:00 on 31 July, a total of 38,550 cases of coronavirus disease have been confirmed in Armenia, of which 28,997 have recovered.

This was stated on the website of the National Centre for Disease Control and Prevention of the RA Ministry of Health.

At this moment, 8,587 infected individuals are actually receiving treatment for coronavirus disease. In total, 163,736 tests have been conducted.

Thus, we have 354 newly confirmed cases of coronavirus disease and 631 recovered.

10 new deaths from coronavirus disease have been recorded (the total number of deaths reached 738).

The RA Ministry of Health reported that the deceased patients were aged 70 (female), 65 (male), 41 (male), 61 (male), 82 (male), 79 (male), 72 (male), 63 (male), 76 (female) and 64 (male). All had accompanying chronic diseases.

Three more deaths were recorded in which the patient had a confirmed coronavirus infection, but another disease was the cause of death. The total number of such cases is 228.
