On the day of remembrance of the holy martyrs of the Armenian Genocide — April 24 — at 10:30 a.m., a closed-door Divine Liturgy will be offered at the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin and in all churches of the Armenian Apostolic Holy Church, at the conclusion of which the intercessory service for the holy martyrs of the Armenian Genocide will be held. This was announced by the information system of the Mother See.
On the same day at 12:00 p.m., the bells of all churches will ring in commemoration of the memory of the victims of the Armenian Genocide.
“The Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin invites the children of our people, in these difficult conditions of the pandemic, to join in prayer with the clergy in their homes on this sacred day and to ask, united and with one heart, the intercession of our holy martyrs before God for the healthy and safe life of our people spread across the world, and for the peace and well-being of our homeland,” said the notice issued by the information system of the Mother See.
