It is snowing in Artsakh, and the temperature is 0 degrees or lower. Artsakh State Minister Artak Beglaryan wrote about this on his Telegram channel.
“It has already been five days that around 100,000 residents (80% of the total population and 100% of the gasified population) have been completely deprived of gas supply, including heating and hot water.
And the reason for this deprivation is the unbridled behavior of the Azerbaijani side, which does not allow Russian peacekeepers and our specialists to approach the only pipeline coming from Armenia and repair it. The pipeline has exploded under the control of the Azerbaijani side.
In parallel, shootings from large and small caliber weapons continue in the direction of civilian settlements, as well as obstacles to the implementation of agricultural work.
The conclusion is one: Azerbaijan wants to continue its crime against humanity and empty Artsakh of Armenians, but we stand firm in our ancient homeland and no deprivation will shake our will,” Beglaryan wrote.
