The position senior has also been arrested in the case of the killing of three servicemen, the Investigative Committee has announced, presenting some details.
According to the Committee, the latter was arrested on suspicion of illegally and deliberately inciting the deprivation of life of servicemen and committing violent acts of a sexual nature against a fellow serviceman.
Let us recall that the Investigative Committee had announced that on August 19, at around 01:30, the bodies of three servicemen with gunshot wounds were found in the combat position quarters of the guard area of military unit N of the Armenian Ministry of Defense.
Earlier, their fellow serviceman, a conscript of the same military unit, A.H., had been arrested on suspicion of committing the aforementioned crime of illegally and deliberately depriving servicemen of life.
The latter has been charged under point 1 of part 2 of Article 104 of the Criminal Code. The body conducting the proceedings submitted a motion to the court regarding the selection of detention as a preventive measure against him, which was granted on August 22.
The preliminary investigation of the criminal case is ongoing.
