By presidential decree, Vagharshak Harutyunyan has been relieved of the post of Minister of Defense. The president’s press service reports this.
“Based on Article 131 of the Constitution, as well as Part 1 of Article 5 of the Law on the Structure and Activities of the Government,
relieve Acting Minister of Defense Vagharshak Harutyunyan of the post he occupies,” the presidential decree states.
It should be noted that Vagharshak Harutyunyan had submitted a resignation request today.
