In September 2019, 15,572 transactions of state registration of rights over real estate were carried out in the Republic, an increase of 0.4 percent compared to August 2019 and 25.5 percent compared to September 2018. This was reported by the Cadastre Committee.
In Yerevan, in September 2019, the average market prices per square meter of apartments in multi-apartment buildings increased by 1.2 percent compared to August 2019 and by 10.8 percent compared to September 2018. In the cities of the provinces, in September 2019, the average market prices per square meter of apartments in multi-apartment buildings increased by 0.4 percent compared to August 2019 and by 3.6 percent compared to September 2018.
In the near future, the Cadastre Committee will present the data for the third quarter of 2019, as well as the type and number of transactions by province and by type of property.
