During the night of 30 September to 1 October, relative stable tension was maintained in the Artsakh-Azerbaijani conflict zone. In certain directions, exchanges of fire continued with artillery and small arms.
As reported by the press service of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Artsakh, with the aim of improving their combat positions, the adversary attempted to carry out certain regroupings and troop movements, which were timely detected and prevented by the units of the Defence Army.
“The field-tactical situation has not undergone any change. At this moment, stable tension is maintained along all directions of the front line. The units of the Defence Army and the volunteer fighters carrying out combat missions are ready for further military operations,” stated the Defence Army.
