Two martyrs have joined the ranks of the thousands of devoted souls weaving the glory of our people.
Senior Colonel Garush Vemiri Hambardzumyan and Commander Sos Paylaki Elbakyan have been killed.
The information was announced by the spokesperson of the RA Ministry of Defence, Shushan Stepanyan.
Stepanyan wrote in particular:
«On the north-eastern section of the Armenian-Azerbaijani state border, servicemen Senior Colonel Garush Vemiri Hambardzumyan and Commander Sos Paylaki Elbakyan were killed by fire opened by the enemy.
The Ministry of Defence shares the heavy grief of the loss and expresses its support to the family members, relatives and comrades-in-arms of the fallen servicemen».
