Today, November 7, Serzh Sargsyan’s mother, Nora Sargsyan, passed away in Stepanakert at the age of 92. Nora Sargsyan’s wake will take place on November 8 at 18:00 at St. Hagop Church in Stepanakert, with the funeral on November 9 at 12:00 from the same location.
