Despite its commitments, Azerbaijan has not yet returned our prisoners of war. Acting Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan stated this at a government meeting.
“In any case, through our cooperation with our international partners, so far we have managed to return 104 prisoners of war. We will continue to work towards the return of all our prisoners of war,” he said.
According to Pashinyan, the comprehensive settlement of the Karabakh issue, the delimitation and demarcation of borders, and the opening of regional communications have been, are, and will remain among the priorities of the Republic of Armenia.
“With its destructive actions, Azerbaijan not only violates the November 9 statement, but also attempts to undermine the process of unblocking regional infrastructure, as stipulated by the trilateral statement of January 11,” he said.
