State of Emergency to Be Declared in Armenia

The Armenian government is currently discussing the declaration of a state of emergency in the country during an extraordinary session. If declared, the state of emergency will be in effect for one month, starting today at 5:00 PM. During this period, movement restrictions may be imposed as necessary. Gatherings of more than 20 people will be prohibited. Educational institutions will remain closed. Public catering and entertainment establishments will not operate.

The Armenian government is currently discussing the declaration of a state of emergency in the country during an extraordinary session. If declared, the state of emergency will be in effect for one month, starting today at 5:00 PM.
