Today, on 1 October, the Armenian Democratic Liberal Party marks the one hundredth anniversary of its founding. This centennial, of profound significance to our people and especially to its diaspora segment, will undoubtedly be observed with fitting celebration, not only through a magnificent ceremony in the Mother Homeland, but also through numerous jubilee initiatives across the entire diaspora*.
For a full century, the Armenian Democratic Liberal Party, with ever-growing determination, has made an immense contribution and invaluable investment in the preservation of the nation, in keeping national consciousness and patriotism aflame, and in the service of the most sacred goals of the Armenian Cause.
The century-long, nation-devoted achievements of our Party fill the worldwide membership and broad circles of supporters of the Armenian Democratic Liberal Party with justifiable pride.
Our glorious centennial jubilee creates a splendid opportunity to rally with renewed vigour under the azure flag of the Armenian Democratic Liberal Party, and serves as an impetus for revival, to renew itself with new young forces and fresh blood in the decades ahead.
Thus, the ADL, keeping pace with the rapidly changing and modernising world of new times, shall secure its continued vitality in the coming decades, infused with new spirit, not only through the renewal of activity but also of mindset, exerting new effort, pursuing new programmes and recording new achievements, while unquestionably keeping unchanged and unshaken its determination to continue the path of its patriotic mission.
