The Azerbaijani soldiers whose corpses were found in Artsakh territory all had syringes in their pockets. This was stated during a press conference by Vahram Poghosyan, press secretary of the President of the Republic of Artsakh. “From the standpoint of international law, all of this is entirely a war crime. This proves that Azerbaijan sends its soldiers to war already in a drugged state,” noted Poghosyan.
Edmon Marukyan, head of the “Bright Armenia” faction of the RA National Assembly, noted on his Facebook page that the facts of war crimes are increasingly accumulating.
