Tension on the Armenian-Azerbaijani Border Noticeable: Pashinyan Opens Brackets

In certain sections of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, a tendency toward tension and an increase in the aggressiveness of Azerbaijani forces is noticeable. Armenia is activating the response procedures stipulated by the Collective Security Treaty and the Armenian-Russian strategic system. In certain sections of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, a tendency toward tension and an increase in the aggressiveness of Azerbaijani forces is noticeable. Armenia is activating the response procedures stipulated by the Collective Security Treaty and the Armenian-Russian strategic system. This was announced by the Acting Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, through his Facebook page, also attaching the video of his speech at the meeting of the RA Security Council.

 

“This is the speech I gave at this morning’s Security Council meeting. After the meeting, in certain sections of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, a tendency toward tension and an increase in the aggressiveness of Azerbaijani forces is noticeable. Apart from internal security measures, Armenia is further activating the response procedures stipulated by the Collective Security Treaty and the Armenian-Russian strategic system,” Pashinyan noted.
