In the Armenian settlements that have remained under the control of the enemy in Artsakh, particularly in Talish and Mataghis, the enemy has committed destruction and atrocities, desecrating khachkars and monuments.
In this regard, Naira Zohrabyan, Chair of the National Assembly’s Standing Committee on Protection of Human Rights and Public Affairs, has published photos from Talish on her Facebook page.
