A third plane carrying humanitarian aid from the Republic of Armenia to the government of Lebanon departed from Yerevan’s “Zvartnots” airport. This was reported by “Armenpress,” noting that the more than 12 tons of humanitarian aid sent to Lebanon includes food, textiles, computer equipment, and medicine.
The aid packages sent to Lebanon were selected according to the needs presented by the receiving side.
Let us recall that the first flight from Armenia took place on 8 August, and the second on 9 August, in the name of the people of Artsakh. The planes had transported humanitarian aid to Lebanon containing medicine and medical supplies, intended to provide assistance to those affected by the explosion that took place at the port of Beirut on 4 August.
