This is yet another proof confirming the systematic Azerbaijani policy of ethnic cleansing and genocide in Artsakh through terrorist methods. This was stated in a post on his Facebook page by Armenia’s Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan, who also published a video about an elderly Armenian citizen taken prisoner.
“In this video, Azerbaijani soldiers humiliate an elderly man, an ethnic Armenian, subjecting him to blatant inhuman treatment with exceptional cynicism.
They do this solely because the man is an ethnic Armenian; hatred in Azerbaijan is so systematized and encouraged at such a high state level that these soldiers do not care that the man is helpless, elderly, and possesses human dignity.
On the contrary, they subject people to such treatment and then widely spread it on social networks, to earn praise and apparent ‘heroism’ within their own society.
One important fact: this act is not the isolated crime of a group of servicemen, but an integral component of a system of criminal acts—torture, atrocities, and cruelties—committed on a large scale and encouraged at the highest state level by Azerbaijan during the war of September-November 2020.

Such acts are not only prohibited by all known international requirements of humanity, but they do not even fit within the human imagination.
