Due to the blockade of the only road connecting Artsakh to Armenia by Azerbaijan, two patients at the “Republican Medical Center” of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Artsakh, diagnosed with “Space-occupying lesion of the right cerebellar hemisphere, cerebral edema, occlusion hydrocephalus” and “Malignant neoplasm of the vascular layer of the eye—melanoma,” had been under the supervision of doctors for days.
Through the mediation and accompaniment of the International Committee of the Red Cross, the two patients were transferred today to various specialized medical centers of the Republic of Armenia.
