US Congressman Frank Pallone spoke by video link with Artsakh Republic State Minister Artak Beglaryan. Pallone wrote about this on his Twitter page.
“We discussed the urgent need to provide humanitarian support to Artsakh. The US must also advance the Minsk Process to reach a settlement that keeps Artsakh Armenian,” Pallone wrote.
