RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan made a post on his Facebook page and stated that Vagharshak Harutyunyan has again been awarded the rank of army general (Lieutenant General).
“The President of the Republic has accepted my petition to declare null and void Robert Kocharyan’s decree stripping Vagharshak Harutyunyan of his military ranks and has signed the corresponding decree”:
