Vagharshak Harutyunyan, former Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia (1999-2000), has been appointed chief advisor to the Prime Minister by the decision of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
The decision states, in particular:
“Guided by Part 10 of Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia ‘On Public Service,’ Vagharshak Harutyunyan is appointed chief advisor to the Prime Minister.”
